Graduate Student Orientation

All students newly admitted to a graduate degree program are required to complete the Graduate School Orientation. This includes students who change programs and also those who have been readmitted following dismissal or after not enrolling in the past 24 months. The Graduate School Orientation is designed to supplement orientations that are held by colleges, departments, schools or programs. The Graduate School Orientation provides opportunities to get to know fellow students, resources and offices on campus, academic expectations, rules and regulations, keys to college success, the history and traditions of WSU and much more. Students in nondegree seeking programs are welcome to complete the orientation, but it is not mandatory.

Each semester, the Graduate School notifies new students of the various ways they can complete their orientation requirement.
