Admission
- Students must apply to the accelerated program through the Graduate School application process. This includes submission of:
- A personal statement and
- A recommendation from a faculty member.
- Students must have a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.000 to be eligible.
- Graduate courses for dual credit must be approved by both the undergraduate and graduate program advisors.
- A dual enrollment form must be submitted at the time of registration for courses that will carry dual credit.
Program Requirements
- Up to 9 graduate credit hours may be taken while still an undergraduate.
- Courses must be 500-level or higher and approved for dual credit.
- Bachelor’s degree must be awarded at least two semesters before conferral of the master’s degree.
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress, including:
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.000 and
- Good standing in both undergraduate and graduate coursework.
- Graduate courses must be clearly identified as dual credit at the time of registration.
